HIYAS REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@hiyasusa.com. Returns should only be sent after approval. We are currently an online-only business based in California, USA. The return address will be provided once your return request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@hiyasusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage from multiple angles. All damage claims are subject to review and approval. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and may request additional verification.

Adverse Reactions If you experience an adverse reaction to any product, discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@hiyasusa.com. Health and safety claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsWe do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Fraud & Abuse Policy Hiyas reserves the right to request additional verification for any claim. Suspicious or fraudulent claims will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in being permanently banned from purchasing at Hiyas, including blocking of associated email addresses and devices.
